We like to have an initial consultation with you (free of charge) so we can form a relationship - we appreciate that this is time consuming but we want you to understand how The Resource Club operates and can support and assist you whilst meeting our aim to fully understand your preferences so that we can quickly react to your requests and fully meet your expectations.  We feel that this initial investment of time is invaluable in ensuring that we can act as a resource to you without face to face meetings in the future - unless you want them.  We can then assist you in supplying the services you need.

We offer a range of services, under each service category, which we provide via a network of partners who are personally known to us and who we have used.  If we have taken personal recommendations from people we know, we have interviewed and carefully vetted the supplier, taking references.  This is to ensure that the people who work with The Resource Club and for you are those whom we would be happy to work for us personally.

Your requests are managed by a team of lifestyle managers whose aim is to really get to know your needs - including your likes and dislikes - enabling us to offer a highly personal service in an efficient and timely manner, always maintaining confidentiality.
